If you want to report a problem with the Salesken application or you simply need help with a feature, you can use the Support feature.

1. Tap on the main menu (three dashes icon). If you are using an Android device, you will see this in the top left corner of the screen. On an iOS device, this appears at the bottom right corner of the screen.

2. Tap on ‘SUPPORT’ on the side menu.

3. Select the reason for which you need help in the drop-down menu and add your comments or special instructions if you have any.

4. Click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button.

Your issue is registered with Salesken now. Our Customer Support team will get back to you ASAP.
