To make an Outbound call, just open the Salesken app on your iOS or Android device.
You can manually punch in the numbers, or copy-paste a number from an address book/external apps to make an outbound call. If you have a scheduled task, you can just tap on the 'Call' button on a scheduled task, in the ‘Tasks’ tab.
Two types of calls can be made with the Salesken dialer -
Call Using App
To make calls over VOIP, use ‘App’ mode. Make sure that your device is connected to the Internet before placing an App call. Select the ‘App’ mode above the dialer and punch in the lead’s/customer’s number.
Call Using Phone
To make voice calls over a telephony network, call using ‘Phone’ mode. Select the ‘Phone’ mode above the dialer and punch in the lead’s/customer’s number. Your registered contact number will receive a call within 7-10 seconds. Once you pick this call, your number will be patched to the customer’s contact number.
You can now speak to your customer. This call is recorded by your Salesken app and can be accessed in your portal.
Once your conversation is over, you can mark the disposition of your leads.
