Setting up the Salesken app on your iOS

You have downloaded the Salesken app on your device. When you open the app for the first time, you will be asked to allow -

1. Microphone

2. Camera

3. Notifications


Tap on the ‘GRANT PERMISSION’ button at the bottom of the screen. This enables you to enjoy the varied features that Salesken has to offer.

Once you tap on the button, pop-ups appear, one after the other, for you the enable each access that is listed above. Simply tap on ‘OK’ for each request.

You will now be redirected to the app’s introductory screens. You can navigate the screens by clicking on “Next” until “Finish”. When you’re done, you can log in using your registered Salesken credentials.


Tip - If you tap on ‘Don’t Allow’ by mistake, you can always go to your device’s Settings app, select Salesken from the installed apps list and modify the settings such as below.

1. Audio recording

2. Access to photos, media, and files

3. Take pictures and record video

4. Make and manage phone calls


Tap on the ‘GRANT PERMISSION’ button at the bottom of the screen. This enables you to enjoy the varied features that Salesken has to offer.





Once you tap on the button, pop-ups appear, one after the other, for you the enable each access. Simply tap on ‘Allow’ for each request.


You will now be redirected to the app’s introductory screens. When you’re done, you can log in using your registered Salesken credentials.


Tip - If you tap on ‘Deny’ by mistake, you can always go to your phone’s settings and change ‘App Permissions’
