Hardware and software requirements

The Salesken app for iOS requires 75MB of free space on your phone. Your device must have internet connectivity. 

The Salesken app for Android requires 20MB of free space on your phone. Your device must have internet connectivity.


How to download


If you are using an iOS device, click here to download the Salesken app on iOS or go to the App Store app and search for ‘salesken’ in the search tab. Tap on the ‘Download’ icon that appears in the App Details screen to install the app.








If you are using an Android device, click here to download the Salesken app for Android or go to the Play Store app and search for ‘salesken’ in the search tab. Tap on the ‘Install’ button that appears on the App Details screen.







Once the app has been installed, it will appear on your device with the Salesken logo. You can now start using the Salesken app for your sales conversations. Happy selling!


Having trouble downloading the app? 

If the app does not download, it may be one of the following reasons - 

  • iTunes credentials or Play Store credentials

You will require iTunes credentials (username/password) for iOS or Play Store credentials (username/password) for Android to download apps. Download any other app from store to check for credential issues.


  • Play Store cache

If you are using an Android device, you might need to clear your Play Store cache.


  • Insufficient space on the device

You have insufficient storage space and you might have to remove unused files or applications on your phone. The Salesken app requires around 75MB of space on iOS and 20MB of storage space on Android. 


  • Network connectivity

Your internet connection may be slow. Connect to a faster network to download.


  • Blocked access

Your internet connection is blocking the download of the app. This usually happens if you have connected to a corporate WiFi that has firewall rules or a walled garden network. In this case, switch over to mobile data.


  • Download in progress

The app download is already in progress. In this case, you have to wait for it to finish or cancel the download and start again. You will see a download progress indicator in the app icon on the screen.
