If you have forgotten your Salesken password and cannot log in, 



1. Tap on 'Forgot password?’ at the bottom of the login screen.


2. Enter your registered email address and click on ‘SEND’.


3. A secure email will be sent to your account with an OTP number. Note - If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. This OTP is valid only for 30 minutes. 


4. Enter the 6-digit code in the Salesken app’s ‘Enter OTP’ screen and tap on the ‘VERIFY’ button.


5. Enter your new password twice (New Password and Confirm Password) and tap on the ‘RESET PASSWORD' button.


6. If a success message flashes by your screen, you have successfully reset your forgotten password.



You can now tap on ‘Go To Login’ at the bottom right corner of the screen and sign in with your new password.
